Client Coach

Reporting to the Information Technology (IT) Project Manager, the Client Coach will be responsible for IT program participant recruitment and retention activities and for the delivery of impact-rich, engaging pre-employment training to meet the needs of the participants. This will include providing practical guidance and support in the exploration of career choices and the development of job search and workplace skills to become job ready.

Indigenous Reconciliation Awareness Module (IRAM) Facilitators
(Contract Positions)

IRAM provides education to government, industry and private sector organizations, and First Nation communities on Indigenous history and its impacts on Indigenous peoples to present day. Applicants will have, or be interested in developing, a deep understanding of Indigenous history, particularly the legacy of Indian residential schools, and of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada’s Calls to Action.

The positions will operate on a contract basis, matching the availability of IRAM Facilitators to scheduled IRAM delivery dates.
