Food Safety & Certification
Join us for a one-day Food Safety & Certification course designed for entrepreneurs and individuals working in the food industry. This free, in-person training takes place on January 20th, 2026, from 8:30am–4:30pm at The Rodd Miramichi and includes breakfast, lunch, and travel stipends. Participants have the opportunity to complete their full certification in a single day upon successful completion of the exam.
