As part of a broader strategy to increase Indigenous business capacity in Atlantic Canada, JEDI is a key member of the Atlantic Indigenous Development Initiative (AIDI).
AIDI is a collaborative effort between Indigenous-led Economic Development organizations and the Federal Government of Canada in pursuit of economic reconciliation. The driving principle of AIDI’s strategy is to advance economic reconciliation by providing opportunities and support for Indigenous businesses to participate in federal procurement.
