Take Part in the Startup Youth Weekend

Lori Nash July 8, 2014

Startup Youth Weekend is giving young entrepreneurs the opportunity to learn from some of the best business people from the Fredericton area.

The three-day event is open to youth aged 14-18 and will include a weekend of business pitches, brainstorming, business plan development, and basic prototype creation. Participants will create working startups during the event and are able to collaborate with like-minded individuals outside of their daily networks.

The weekend will end with a culmination of demos and presentations with each participant and their team receiving valuable feedback and insight with each step of the way.

The event will be held at Planet Hatch in Knowledge Park and run from 6pm Friday, August 22nd – Sunday, August 24th at 9:00pm.

Early Bird tickets are $60 and will only be available until July 25th 2014.

Regular ticket prices are priced at $75.

For more information on the event you can visit: http://www.eventbrite.com/e/startup-weekend-new-brunswick-youth-2014-tickets-11921907747
