JEDI is pleased to announce the Grand Prize Winner of the Pow Wow Photo contests: Annie Mae Morrison. Annie Mae submitted 6 photos to JEDI’s Metepenagiag Pow Wow photo contest and her name was drawn from over 80 contest entries from all 10 photo contests.
The GRAND PRIZE, worth $500, was generously donated by the RBC Royal Eagles. RBC is an avid supporter of JEDI, Aboriginal people and Aboriginal organizations across Canada. Samantha Bosca, Branch Manager of RBC at Brookside Mall in Fredericton, was on hand to help out with the draw.
The grand prize includes a handmade basket made by local artist Katie Nicholas, a 7.9 inch ACER tablet, a gift certificate for $75 worth of Holistic services at Grandmother Bear Holistic Centre in Elsipogtog, a beaded dream-catcher, and a $75 gift certificate for the Wolastoq Wharf in Fredericton, NB.
Annie Mae will receive her prize at JEDI’s plenary on Oct 1st in Fredericton.
