Scotiabank is looking to hire two Customer Representatives and one Universal Banker for a 16-week paid internship program in the Fredericton area. This internship provides you with the chance to try out a new career or discover a passion for something you may have never considered before.

A Customer Representative helps bank customers achieve their financial goals. As the face of the financial institution, you will need great customer service skills, be available to work flexible hours, and have excellent communication skills. Sales experience is an asset.

A Universal Banker is a front-line worker who manages transactions, helps customers resolve issues and directs clients to the proper Scotiabank team members for the best banking experience. Key responsibilities for this role include: meeting service goals related to bank security, policies and procedures, raising awareness of services and products available, and delivering high-level customer service.  For this position you will need strong computer skills, great communication skills, and the ability to convey important information.

Priority for all positions will be given to applicants who identify as Aboriginal, First Nation (status or non-status), Metis or Inuit.
