Atlantic Canada’s Youth Entrepreneurship Summit (YES) is being held in Fredericton on March 20-21st, 2015. The Pond-Deshpande Student Ambassadors are putting on this summit to encourage youth to take action, seize opportunities and join the entrepreneurial community in Atlantic Canada.
If you’re in high school, university, a student, youth or part of the growing entrepreneurial network in NB then this event is for you.
The summit features 10 great speakers and on-site mentors and facilitators who will help you get the most out of all of the sessions.
To make it easier for you to attend, JEDI will be sponsoring 2 New Brunswick Aboriginal Students to take part in this event!
Sponsorship covers the event registration fee and travel costs for those traveling further than 100km to attend. To apply to be one of the sponsored students, please submit your completed application form (see below), including a short essay to Bryan Harn at the JEDI office by 4:00pm March, 12th, 2015. A selection committee will review applications and the lucky candidates will be notified by March 16th, 2015. Preference will be given to people who have not been sponsored by JEDI to attend any event in the last fiscal year.
