In celebration of the New Brunswick Pow Wow trail, JEDI is pleased to announce our 5th Annual Pow Wow photo Contest!
Are you someone who is interested in diving into a new cultural experience or sharing your cultural pride? Join us during the New Brunswick Pow Wow trail where you can experience the beat of the drum, arts and crafts, and the beauty of the dancers dressed in their full regalia.
JEDI wants to share the unique and diverse culture of the Indigenous peoples in New Brunswick by rewarding those who submit their photos or short videos (max 2 minutes) taken on the Pow Wow trail.
For each Pow Wow in New Brunswick there will be a chance to win a $50 gift card for a local business establishment, that’s 11 chances to win! All you have to do is submit your photos or short videos to JEDI’s Facebook page or to contests@jedinb.ca.
But wait, there’s more… at the end of the Pow Wow trail, all submissions will also be entered into a draw for a Grand Prize package valued at up to $500! In celebration of our 5th Pow Wow Photo Contest, we will also be adding another draw for an additional Grand Prize package valued at $200! These prizes wouldn’t be possible without the help of our amazing sponsors.
JEDI would like to thank RBC Royal Eagles for being our Gold Sponsor and Aboriginal Resource Consultants (ARC) for being our Silver Sponsor of the 5th Annual JEDI Pow Wow Photo Contest. Their support doesn’t go unnoticed and we greatly appreciate everything they do in helping to make this contest a success.
All photos sent to JEDI will be shared on our JEDI Facebook page. The more photos you send in of the beautiful Pow Wows happening across the province, the greater your chances could be at winning one of the Grand Prizes! For full details on the contest, visit: http://blog.jedinb.ca/contests/.
